Refund Policy

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial before your card is charged, and the Free plan itself requires no card at all. We'd rather you fully evaluate FreelancerOS risk-free than need a refund afterward.

If you're on a paid plan and it's not working out, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods — if you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. For a refund request within the 14-day window, email hello@freelanceros.online with your account email — refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Where local consumer protection law grants you additional refund rights, those rights apply regardless of the policy above.
